Your Inbox Already Knows What You Owe. Now Popsuites Shows You.

Popsuites now scans your inbox and turns every bill, subscription, and receipt into a kanban board — so you never miss a renewal buried in unread email.

Your Inbox Already Knows What You Owe. Now Popsuites Shows You.

Somewhere in your inbox right now is a Netflix renewal, a half-read invoice, and a receipt you'll need for taxes in April. You know this. You also know you're not going to go find them.

So we built something that does it for you.

A kanban board for your bills

Popsuites now scans incoming email and automatically pulls out anything that looks like a bill, invoice, subscription renewal, or receipt — then drops it onto a kanban board with four columns: Upcoming, Due Soon, Overdue, Paid. No manual entry, no connecting your bank account, no spreadsheet. If it showed up in your inbox, it shows up on the board.

Each card gives you the essentials at a glance: merchant, amount, due date, and what kind of payment it is — bill, subscription, receipt, reminder. Click one and you get the full picture: the original email rendered inline, any attachments ready to download, and a one-click jump straight to the thread if you need the full context.

Smart enough to stay out of your way

Under the hood, every unscanned email gets a quick AI pass that decides whether it's actually payment-related before anything gets extracted — newsletters and promos never even make it to the model, so you're not paying (or waiting) for classification you don't need. Only classifications the AI is confident about make it onto your board, so you're not stuck babysitting a wall of maybes.

And it respects you. Drag a card from "Due Soon" to "Paid" yourself, and Popsuites remembers — the AI won't second-guess or move it back later, even as it keeps rescanning your inbox in the background.

One thing worth being upfront about

This isn't a card vault. Popsuites doesn't read or store your card numbers — it reads emails, and extracts what's written in them: merchant, amount, due date. If a bill's overdue, you'll also see a quiet heads-up banner on your main dashboard so it doesn't stay buried in a board you forgot to check.

Why we built it this way

Most "subscription tracker" tools ask you to connect a bank account or forward every receipt manually. We didn't want another app to babysit — we wanted your inbox, which already has all of this, to just tell you. Popsuites is an email client first, so instead of bolting on a separate tracking product, we let the thing you're already reading do double duty.

It's still early — there's no monthly spend total yet, and no reminder pings before something's due, both on our list. But if you've ever missed a renewal because it was buried under 40 other unread emails, this is for you.
